To Register and activate your Theobroma Loyalty Card for purposes of redeeming, please enter your card ID in the Member number area and the password which is located on the receipt issued to you at the store with your card. Your card ID is located on the bottom of the rear of your card. By entering these details you are accepting the Theobroma Rewards Club terms and conditions. Card only valid at store of issue.
